2013
Emmaty was founded as Hector Power Cleaning.
Hector and his wife Madeline later renamed it Emmaty Inc., inspired by their children Matthew and Emily.
2014
Initially operating with a small team focused on exterior cleaning, Emmaty later expanded under Madeline’s leadership into renovations, siding, roofing, window work, and pressure washing.
2015
Madeline was invited to the White House to represent the company at President Barack Obama’s
proclamation of Hispanic Heritage Month in 2015.
2020
Emmaty was accepted into the federal 8(a) program and certified as a WOSB and HUBZone business.
It also earned state certifications including DBE, WBE, MBE, and EDWOSB (SBA Certified).
2021
Emmaty secured its first federal project, helping establish its current organizational structure.
2022
Emmaty moved from Milford to Northborough, it became in the new office building.
2023
In 2023, Emmaty was honored to be invited to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center to participate in and present its work at the Green SB (Small Business) Showcase, highlighting the company’s innovative contributions to sustainable infrastructure and technology.
2024
Emmaty earned DCAMM and MassDOT certifications and won two MBTA projects, expanding state-sector opportunities.
2025
Emmaty achieved ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3 certifications, strengthening its focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Today, it manages more than 10 government projects.
2025
Emmaty drives technological innovation through Emmaty Robotics. We initiated the development of Emmaty’s Autonomous AI Inspection Robot, designed to enhance safety, precision, and operational efficiency in complex and high-risk environments.
2026
Emmaty Selected as an Awardee for the 10-years Missile Defense Agency (MDA) SHIELD Multiple Award IDIQ Contract.
