Harsh Shah has a strong foundation in architecture and construction management, bringing projects from initial bidding through to successful final handover. With a comprehensive understanding of both design and execution, he is involved in all phases of the project lifecycle.
He works on subcontractor procurement, develops and manages contracts, and ensures seamless communication between office teams and on-site personnel. Harsh is actively involved in project scheduling, cost tracking, monthly billing, and reviewing subcontractor invoices, as well as managing purchase orders and change orders. With a problem-solving approach, he proactively addresses on-site challenges and maintains project momentum. His primary objective is to consistently deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Harsh completed his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Mumbai University (2014–2019) and a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University (2022–2023).
He is a sports enthusiast who enjoys going for runs during the summer. He likes learning new sports and prefers playing sports over working out in the gym to stay fit. He also enjoys watching movies and values spending quality time with friends and family, often organizing outings and picnics.
