Prashant Adhikari is a Finance Operations Manager at Emmaty Inc., where he leads financial processes, oversees payment applications, and ensures compliance across government-funded projects. He works closely with cross functional teams to track budgets, manage project costs, and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, he builds systems that effectively align financial management with project execution while maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
He holds a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Analytics from the University of New Haven, Connecticut, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nepal. Prashant has successfully passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and is currently working toward obtaining his Series 7 and Series 6 licenses, in addition to pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He has a deep interest in financial markets and is continuously expanding his expertise in investment analysis and corporate finance.
Prior to his current role, Prashant gained experience in financial modeling, valuation, fundraising, and strategic finance, particularly within high-growth and biotech focused environments. His work has included supporting companies through public offerings, conducting stock price sensitivity analyses, and contributing to reverse stock split processes. He is particularly passionate about mergers and acquisitions, company building, and leveraging strategic financial decisions to create long-term impact.
Outside of his professional life, Prashant is an active participant in stock trading and closely follows global financial markets. He is also a dedicated soccer enthusiast, both as a player and a fan, and proudly supports AC Milan. Additionally, he has a strong passion for trekking and hiking, often exploring remote regions with minimal resources. Growing up in Nepal, surrounded by the Himalayas, has instilled in him a deep appreciation for adventure, resilience, and exploration.
