Con amplios conocimientos tanto del dise\u00f1o como de la ejecuci\u00f3n, participa en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del proyecto. <\/p>\n\n<p>Trabaja en la contrataci\u00f3n de subcontratistas, desarrolla y gestiona contratos, y garantiza una comunicaci\u00f3n fluida entre los equipos de oficina y el personal in situ. Harsh participa activamente en la programaci\u00f3n de los proyectos, el seguimiento de los costes, la facturaci\u00f3n mensual y la revisi\u00f3n de las facturas de los subcontratistas, as\u00ed como en la gesti\u00f3n de las \u00f3rdenes de compra y las \u00f3rdenes de cambio. Con un enfoque de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, aborda de forma proactiva los retos in situ y mantiene el impulso del proyecto. Su principal objetivo es entregar siempre proyectos de alta calidad a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Harsh se licenci\u00f3 en Arquitectura (B.Arch) en la Universidad de Mumbai (2014-2019) y obtuvo un M\u00e1ster en Gesti\u00f3n de Proyectos en la Universidad Northeastern (2022-2023).<\/p>\n\n<p>Es un entusiasta del deporte y le gusta salir a correr en verano. Le gusta aprender nuevos deportes y prefiere practicarlos a hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio para mantenerse en forma.
